Social Skills & Service
Kids Rank is excited to have launched our new Social Skills & Service Programs for incoming 6th to 10th graders.
The purpose of the Social Skills and Service Program (SSSP) is to intentionally provide space and opportunity for personal growth in military-connected youth as they transition into adulthood.
Kids Rank Media Department
The aim of the Kids Rank Media Department is to give the kids photo journalistic skills on how to use their cameras to capture and tell stories as well as a means to express themselves creatively. Photography skills that will be explored include the basics or building blocks of photography, unlocking creativity of photographic artistic elements, and telling stories through youth voices. Program will be lead by Zachary Keltner, multimedia journalist and Civic Media MA Candidate at Columbia College.

Entrepreneurial Program, Sweets by Kids
The Kids Rank entrepreneurial program teaches important financial and business skills as they create and develop their own companies. Through entrepreneurship education, young people, including those with disabilities, learn organizational skills, including time management, leadership development, and interpersonal skills, all of which are highly transferable skills sought by employers.
